MCC encourages coaches to undergo ICC Coaching Foundation course. This can be followed by ICC level 1 online e-learning  and ICC level 2 courses. The practical sessions are conducted by Swedish Cricket Federation which is ICC accredited.  Other coaching certifications like COACHED by GRAY KIRSTEN is also equivalent to ICC level certifications.

Apart from ICC fundemental courses the coaches can participate practical learnings by involving and actively participating in the training as a facilitator.
